Winner in Small Project is Tina Williams
Tina removed the 50-year-old carpet in the back room of her childhood bungalow only to discover three more layers of linoleum tile. Undaunted, the layers were removed, and new vinyl planks were installed. The removal of a drop ceiling completed the modernization.
